To give this gift:
  1. Purchase your honorariums here. We ask for a minimum donation of $10 per honorarium.
  2. Complete this form to let us know how your honorariums should be filled out.
    • If you would like us to mail the honorariums on your behalf, please be sure to have the mailing addresses available while completing the forms
  3. If we’re mailing them for you – you’re done! If you’d like to distribute the cards yourself, we’ll let you know when they are ready (usually 1-2 business days) and you can pick them up or we will mail them to you!
